Selecting organic ingredients can also help reduce exposure to harmful chemicals that have been linked with cognitive disorders and mental health challenges. When purchasing beauty and skincare products, look for the USDA organic seal, “organic,” or “made with organic” as confirmation that they meet minimum National Organic Program standards; additionally these items must display the name and address of their certifier on their labels.

Superior Flavor and Taste

Organic farming practices offer multiple environmental advantages. Aside from eliminating harmful chemicals from food chains, they also encourage soil and water conservation – an invaluable benefit for restaurants committed to sustainability.

Organic ingredients also offer superior flavor. Studies have demonstrated that organic produce has a more vibrant taste than its conventional counterparts, although this is subjective and up to personal opinion.
